The Position:                    Sous Chef


The Candidate Requirement:       

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join an exceptionally busy 5-star/rosette venue. As Sous Chef, you will work with the Head Chef to produce all dishes from the freshest ingredients to a 2-3 rosette standard, You should have a solid rosette background and first-class management abilities in order to oversee this team of up to 30 chefs!!!  You should ensure all standards of health and hygiene are adhered to and that kitchen budgets are made!!!  Applicants are required to have a superb solid background of working at a minimum of Junior Sous or Sous level within a 4/5 star hotel, with rosette award-winning kitchens.   To be considered for this position you will need to be highly motivated and passionate, have great attention to detail and also have excellent communication and organisation skills.
