The Position:  Bar Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

As Bar Manager, you must be able to demonstrate good management and organisational skills as well as cellar management, amazing cocktail skills and excellent wine knowledge. Experience within upmarket gastro pubs or top-end hotels is essential. The role as Bar Manager will require managing of stocks, labour costs and other finances - but the majority of the time you will be working on the floor interacting with the team and guests alike as the face of the Bar.
