The Position:  Head Chef

The Successful Candidate:  

This lovingly restored Gastro/property with stunning rooms is looking for a Head Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available much of which will be supplied by the estate!!!!. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen refurbishment (induction) with all the bells and whistles including recruiting a  highly talented and motivated team!!!  To be suitably qualified for this role you will likely be in a Head Chef or Sous Chef or role and must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-rosette/Michelin Star level background. You should be a strong all-rounder, able to train and nurture younger staff and develop more seniors you should have solid knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
