The Candidate Requirement:
We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join the brigade in this award-winning kitchen. You should be a strong all-rounder for this restaurant serving dinner-tasting menu only, You will be responsible for serving plated desserts, bread, cheese course and hand-made petit fours, with experience at minimum 3-Rosette or 1 star Michelin level. The kitchen houses a disciplined brigade, a newly refurbished environment with every piece of equipment you will ever need and produces consistently exceptional standards. This role offers a great Pastry chef the opportunity to lead and develop the pastry offering and be part of an exciting future!
