The Candidate Requirement
This position would suit a Junior Sous/Sous Chef looking for their next move this role and could offer the successful candidate excellent future prospects. This newly opened property is already gaining rave reviews for its authentic French food and ambience. You should have experience of planning and costing menus - your cooking style should be predominately French – and you must be capable of complying with health and hygiene legislation and supervising a small team when the Head Chef is not there. – some experience at rosette level is preferable.
Newly opened French Brasserie style restaurant and Hotel serving typical French dishes in a relaxed environment.
