The Position:                Restaurant Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

Are you an energetic, customer-focused Restaurant Manager with a relevant fine dining experience within a first-class multi rosette operation? The candidate will assume full responsibility for the multi-rosette restaurant and will be required to deliver outstanding service by ensuring the training and motivation of the F&B team. This position may suit an Assistant Restaurant Manager with relevant luxury country house hotel experience, ideally gained with a Red Star property looking for their first RM role. The role will combine hands-on skills and an organised approach to the administrative requirements in maintaining up-to-date documentation to comply with health and safety legislation, staff appraisals and labour costs.
