The Position:  Restaurant Manager      

The Candidate Requirement:

We are seeking an exceptional service professional keen to embrace a new challenge, having gained practical experience through all areas of restaurant service and able to demonstrate extensive management experience gained within a top quality restaurant environment, preferably to a minimum 3 rosette/Michelin standard. An uncompromising desire to develop and lead a service team focused on ensuring the finest levels of guest satisfaction is, absolutely essential to this key managerial role.
