The Position: Sous Chef
The Candidate Requirement:
This fine dining restaurant is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available.
You could currently be a great Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef at a 2-3 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, and a superb Chef - who is passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment.
You will cook with the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes you must also have the drive to motivate the team and assist the Head Chef in menu development ideas. This also has the added bonus of being a 4 day week!!!
