The Position - Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Candidate Requirement

Energetic, customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager with a relevant fine dining experience within a first class multi rosette operation. The candidate will assume responsibility along with the Restaurant Manager for the formal restaurant and will be required to deliver outstanding service by ensuring training and motivation of the F&B team. The position may suit a Head Waiter ot Assistant Restaurant Manager with relevant luxury country house hotel experience. The role will combine hands-on skills and an organised approach to the administrative requirements in maintaining up-to-date documentation to comply with health and safety legislation, staff appraisals and labour costs.
