The Position: Restaurant Manager

The Candidate Requirement:

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Restaurant Manager with fine dining experience within a first-class multi-rosette operation. The candidate will be required to deliver outstanding service by ensuring the training and motivation of the F&B team. The position may suit an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager or RestManager looking to make their mark in a 5-star property with relevant luxury country house hotel experience. The role will combine hands-on skills and an organised approach to the administrative requirements in maintaining up-to-date documentation to comply with health and safety legislation, staff appraisals and labour costs.
