The Position: Restaurant & Bars Manager

The Successful Candidate: 

Stunning, renowned boutique Hotel requires an experienced Restaurant & Bars Manager to oversee the highly accoladed fine dining restaurant and lounge areas.

You must have a passion for cuisine, be able to cope with a dining room serving up to 55 covers, You should have exacting standards and a passion for staff training and ooze personality.

Experience at Restaurant Manager level in a 3 rosette/Michelin starred property essential.
