Job Title:  Executive Chef


The Successful Candidate:


Executive Chef is required to control this busy operation. You will have full control of menu design and implementation and be responsible for staff development and training, along with the achievement of kitchen budgets.

The successful Executive Chef will be able to demonstrate a 4/5 star background and have achieved a minimum of 2 Rosettes as an Executive Chef, you should have excellent man-management skills and good financial acumen – whilst being a strong kitchen manager to take over the helm of this well-respected property.

As Executive Chef, you should have a passion for quality cuisine, be happy to cope with banqueting for 100 covers and multi-dining outlets including a top-end seafood restaurant, a live-fire brasserie and relaxed dining bar/lounge service serving top-end afternoon teas, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
