The Position:  Head Chef

The Candidate Requirement

We are looking for a great Head Chef to take over the management of a great operation.

The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder with some rosette level experience. You must be comfortable with catering for a busy operation, can sometimes reach 150 -200cvts on a busy day although at peak times this can double!!!

You should want to source all your ingredients as locally as possible and make your breakfast, afternoon tea, bar snacks and events menus as good quality and appealing as your fine dining!!!!!

Dining areas are relaxed and the property caters for a small number of weddings annually.

Super owner who looks after their staff very well, great opportunity for a Senior Sous to take on their first Head Chef role.
