The Position: Sous Chef
The Successful Candidate:
This Stunning Gastro is looking for a Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with the best produce available – local wherever possible.
To be suitably qualified for this role you will likely be in a Junior Sous or sous role currently and must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-rosette/Michelin Star level background, whilst also having a flair and originality to bring to the team. As Sous Chef you must be a strong all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Chef Patron in his absence ( who has been working at 3 Star Michelin for the past 7 years) and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development.
