The Candidate Requirement:  

We are looking for an extremely talented Head Chef or Senior Sous looking for their first Head Chef position!! This property will undergo a complete refurbishment and repositioning in the market.  You will be looking to achieve 3 Rosettes for the food working for very experienced operators who already have a 3 Rosette Gastro pub.  You must have a passion for working with the most exceptional produce and delivering in a busy environment.(70cvrs)  We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Chef with a proven track record in either Rosette gastro pub sector, or independent Rosette restaurant market, you should also have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, be able to help supervise, develop and motivate a committed team.  This is a cracking opportunity for a dedicated candidate, working alongside a superb MD and a devoted team.
