The Position - Restaurant Manager
The Successful Candidate
Stunning highly accoladed property seeks a strong hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the fine dining restaurant, banqueting, private dining rooms and bars operations. It is important that you understand the service levels required therefore you will be currently working in a rosetted (2 minimum) or Michelin starred Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work history.
The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will be an exceptional host and people manager, mindful of cost controls, have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation whilst being able to oversee the running of these busy departments.
Effective communication with the operations team will be essential to ensure a high level of hospitality is maintained across events within the restaurant.
