The Position:

General Manager


The Successful Candidate: 

We’re looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic Manager, currently managing rosette level operations to become our General Manager and oversee this superb gastro property.

You will report to the Director, managing the business to ensure guests expectations are exceeded at all times.

You’ll have exceptional financial acumen and great food and beverage experience to a minimum 2 rosette level. You’ll also be a dazzling host, an outstanding people manager and have a dynamic, ambitious and passionate personality! 

The ability to train, develop and motivate staff; maximise revenue by upselling products; maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff and communicate effectively with all departments goes without saying!!

This is a well respected Country gastro-pub with rooms, it is a deceptively busy operation - a large amount of money has been lavished on the property so it will be a dream to work in! There are some superb team members already in place, and now we’re looking for the right person to help drive the business forward.

Salary £35k + service charge

n.b. You must hold an EU Work Permit valid for at least 18 months to be eligible for this role.
