The Position:                      Head Waiter                               

The Candidate Requirement:

Having gained extensive experience, preferably within a Michelin starred environment you will possess  a passion for detail and a strong desire to assist the Restaurant Manager  in their quest to cement the restaurant as a leading destination restaurant. With a thorough knowledge of modern culinary trends and excellent communication skills, you will ensure you are well informed and possess the confidence to offer informed and accurate details of all menu items.

Benefits:                           Head Waiter

A salary of £24,500 plus excellent service charge which will be reviewed on a regular basis. Temporary live in accommodation is available
