We are looking for an extremely enthusiastic Senior Sous to support the Head Chef cooking stunning 2 Rosette food working for very experienced operators.  You must have a passion for working with the most exceptional produce and delivering in a busy environment.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Sous Chef with a proven track record in either Rosettes gastro pub sector, or independent Rosette restaurant market, you should also have good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, be able to help supervise, develop and motivate a committed team.  This is a cracking opportunity for a dedicated candidate, working alongside a superb Head Chef and a devoted team.
