The Position:  Sous Chef

The Candidate Requirement:

This fab property is looking for a great Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with a great team and amazing produce with the added bonus of only being open for 2 evening services!!!! and 5 days

You will currently be a great Sous/Junior Sous Chef at a 2 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team of 5-6 and a superb Head Chef. 

Working for owners who are passionate about providing the very best for their customers but in a relaxed environment, you will source the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes without too much fuss, you will also have the drive to motivate the team and assist the Head Chef in menu development ideas.
