The Position: Head Pastry Chef


The Candidate Requirement:

We are looking for an exceptional pastry chef to continue to develop the pastry section within this large operation.  You will manage a  team of pastry chefs and be responsible for the planning and costing of all menus in conjunction with the Exec Chef, whilst controlling all ordering for your department and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to exacting standards.  Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate some experience at 3-rosette level as well as large scale 5 star operations, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, you will be required to produce desserts and pastries across both fine dine, and gastro pub such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés and parfaits to 5 Star Hotel level.  This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team who are determined to achieve further recognition.
