The Position: Executive Head Chef


The Candidate Requirement: 

Chance in a million for an exceptional Executive Head Chef to take the helm at this stunning deluxe highly accoladed property, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-rosette/Michelin level background, and have a high volume Red Starred or 5 Star background from within some of the Uk’s finest properties.

As Executive Head Chef you must be a competent all-rounder, with a proven track record in achieving food accolades and the management of kitchens with volume multi outlets and multi-million-pound food turnover. You will be well versed with food costing, staffing budgets and their training as well as achieving your required GP’s and health and hygiene standards.

You should have a passion for quality cuisine, across the board delivering the perfect plate whether it be Breakfast, Dinner, afternoon tea or just a snack. This property holds a host of accolades, and they’re keen to add to these. With a focus on achieving fantastic flavours from exceptional local seasonal ingredients many from the estate or local fisherman.
