The Position: Cookery School Tutor / Director

The Candidate Requirement

We are looking for a confident Head Chef with a background at 2-3 rosette or Michelin level having covered all sections of a kitchen, along with proven experience within a training environment to fulfil this role Head up a state of the art cookery school 

We are looking for a passionate chef, but more importantly someone with great enthusiasm for using the most exceptional produce, and teaching people how to cook it with respect and precision.  You will oversee in the teaching of a range of cookery courses, therefore you will be comfortable in presenting your cooking skills in an easy step by step process whilst remaining light-hearted yet informative, and you’ll be involved in developing and implementing new courses for the Company.
