The Candidate Requirement:

You should be a competent operator in both C&B and F&B roles, preferably from within a 4 star and rosetted environment.  Your ‘mine-host’ approach and outgoing personality, along with your decisive and logical thought processes will enable you to be supportive and able to delegate effectively. 

Working under a long-standing GM, this role will enable you to develop your skills in the financial aspect of the role with in order to take your next step towards becoming a GM and as such this is an excellent opportunity for a career driven Manager.
