The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a stable work history within  a brasserie or busy fine dining restaurant. A polished host, maitre d ’hotel with strong presence, you may presently be working as a Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter seeking progression. You will be an excellent man manager and trainer able to motivate your team in a quest to deliver the very highest standards of customer service.
