The Position:            Sommelier

The Candidate Requirement:

Enthusiastic and well presented, possessing first-class spoken English you will assist the management team in providing first-class wine and beverage service in a busy town centre restaurant. The successful candidate will be required to support the foodservice teamfrom time to time so a flexible attitude to their work is, therefore, essential Ideally you will have WSET level 2 or above.

 Ideally you will have some experience of working in a Michelin starred or 3 Rosette environment and may presently be working as an assistant sommelier within a similar restaurant seeking progression. You will be able to assume responsibility for ensuring all financial targets and controls are adhered to.

Benefits:                  

A salary of up to £35,000 plus gratuities.
