The Position:  Junior Sous Chef

 

The Candidate Requirement:

 

This boutique restaurant with rooms is looking for a great Junior Sous Chef: someone who is passionate about working with a highly committed team producing stunning food with the best produce available.

You will currently be a great SCDP/Junior Sous Chef and have some experience at a 3 rosette level property – and will relish the opportunity to work with a small team, and a superb Head Chef.

Working with a small team, for owners who are passionate about providing the very best experience for their customers!!!! You will source the best produce available, locally wherever possible and produce exceptional dishes that wow you should have drive to motivate the team and assist the Sous & Head Chef in menu development ideas.
