The Candidate Requirement: Enthusiastic candidate with a passion for wine - must have relevant service experience from within a quality hotel environment, to deliver first class wine and beverage service within a multi rosette restaurant within a superb red star country house hotel. Ideally the Assistant sommelier will have a recognised qualification in wine studies. The Assistant Sommelier will need to work closely with and, support when required, the Restaurant Manager and food service team.
