Just though I would update our blog as it has been a while!!!

Well what’s new for you in 2012??? Mrs P has had me working my fingers to the bone with new floors and a kitchen will it ever end???.........  Buster the office dog seems to have settled back into his bed by my desk jumping up for the occasional woof or 2!!!

But we are not interested about that….. While the temperature has been dropping outside things have been getting hot at Red Star!!!  2012 has seen Red Star do a few International jobs including Qatar, Mongolia and Spain, whilst at home things have been relatively quiet we are still placing the best positions in the country and have already notched up some nice placements this year including, Head Chef in a 5 Red Starred property, Executive House Keeper in a 4 Red and Executive Housekeeper in a new 5 Star opening, Restaurant Manager in a 4 Red and Head Chef in a 4 Red Starred country House Hotel, the market certainly seems to be picking up for us, so now could be that ideal time to drop us a line even if it’s only with a view to give us the heads up for a move for you in the future……. Take a look at out people moves for just a few of our newly placed candidates

On That note need to get back to it I have to find 2 Head Chef’s one for a New opening under the guidance of a well know celebrity Chef and another for a stunning new property in the East Midlands, we are also exceedingly busy on F&B and Restaurant with positions in 1, 2, 3 Star Michelin from Chef de Rang through to Restaurant Managers and numerous 3 Rosette and 2 Rosette Restaurant Managers positions!!! It’s all go…..
