
The Successful Candidate: We are looking for an accomplished sous chef to take helm as this property re-launches itself as a gastro-pub/restaurant. You will work alongside a Group Chef in menu development and must be capable of running of an efficient and cost-effective kitchen. You must also be a good people manager as well as an established cook with a modern outlook, have a solid understanding of cost control and profitability, GP’s and hygiene legislation.
You will be an enthusiastic and inspirational Sous Chef, and have a solid background from a high quality gastro environment with some experience high volumes - and possess the drive to help re-establish the reputation of this superb property.
