The Candidate Requirement: We’re looking for a highly skilled Chocolatier or Pastry Chef to work specifically with chocolate. You will work within an exceptional brigade of chefs working to a 3 rosettes/Michelin star standard and as such you must be able to demonstrate a 3-rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The successful Chocolatier candidate with be extremely creative, with the desire (and ability!) to create unique and innovative chocolate work. You will be responsible for producing all chocolate products for the Hotel – for the pastry section, desserts and garnishes; guest bedrooms; show pieces for special occasions and for retail sale.
