The Candidate Requirement: The Head Housekeeper will have previous experience within a quality country house hotel, preferably to Red Star standards. An excellent communicator with the ability to deliver discreet service to strict deadlines. The hotel is set amongst extensive grounds with excellent sporting facilities and self contained accommodation, as such, the position is physically demanding and the successful candidate will be required to oversee both the accommodation housekeeping requirements and cleanliness and upkeep of public areas.
