The Successful Candidate: We’re looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager currently working in a Michelin star level restaurant to become Assistant Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Manager in this superb multi-award winning property. You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to run shifts; ensure guests expectations are exceeded at all times; train, develop and motivate staff; maximise revenue by upselling products; maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff and communicate effectively with all departments. The ideal applicant will have excellent customer service skills, good wine knowledge, experience at minimum 3 rosette or Michelin level, and a passion for the hotel industry.
