The Candidate Requirement:  Confident all-rounder required to work with an experienced team and committed owner.  You should have a background in high quality properties, ideally some experience of rosette requirements and be able to lead and further develop both the team and the business towards red star status.  Since the property is reasonably small you will oversee all departments, however a particular focus will be on Front of House/F&B areas.
